Payment Options

The following cards can be used at The Party Parlour online, via phone or fax: Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.


Out of Stock

If we are out of stock of any of our products we will contact you and you will have the choice of:

  • hold the order and deliver items when all products are in stock; or
  • deliver order now and out of stock items when they become available. An additional delivery fee will be charged if you cannot wait for out of stock items to become available ; or
  • cancel items and you will not be charged for that item.


Damaged or Defective Products

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange replacement items to be sent to you. In some cases we may request a photo to be sent of damaged goods to show the extent of any damage.



To return any goods, please advise us with 7 days of receiving your order and we will instruct you what to do with the goods and issue a refund once they have been returned to us in good condition and in original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of food items such as lollies and chocolates due to food handling laws in Australia.
